GENERAL

◈ Commissioning me means you have agreed to all of my terms and conditions.◈ I have the right to deny any request for a commission for any personal reasons.◈ Commissioned art will be credited to me on all platforms they are used on.◈ I can post WIP's and the final image on my platforms for promotion of my art unless paid privacy fee of +%50 of the price.◈ I do not consent to have my art used in AI or NFT.◈ You may not modify or alter my art, or remove my watermarks without my permission.◈ All commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial fees have been paid. Commercial fees usually just added if you plan to use my artwork for streaming, conventions and for selling purposes.◈ You cannot pressure me into posting or advertising your illustration/model. I’ll do that if i want to.◈ Keep my dms business related only. Please refrain from asking how my day was, or anything irrelevant to the commission. I would like to keep all conversations business only.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

◈ Delivery time may depend on the complexity of the designs and the amount of revisions that were made. I'd like to keep revisions in a minimum of 2 times as redoing designs are hard and may disrupt the flow of the work process.◈ Priority fees can be paid 50%+ of the initial price for expedited completion. ( will finish in 1 week )

PAYMENTS

I only accept payments through VGEN or KO-FI. I do not accept direct payments as they tend to be less secure and prone to chargeback scams.For vtuber models, please strictly follow the payment plan you chose. Only pay the last remaining balance once your model is completed. It saves us the hassle if you ever decide to cancel and refund for your own personal reasons.-For Full Body Vtuber Model
( 2 options)❰ ❰ Option 1: 50/50 payment plan ❱ ❱◈ Pay 50% upon completion of first sketch◈ Pay remaining 50% upon completion of the entire model-❰ ❰ Option 2: Quarterly payment plan ❱ ❱◈ Pay 25% for every 2 weeks until completion of payment. Once fully paid, your files will be sentThis may delay process of your completion, but will provide you with time for payment.

COMMERCIAL FEES

◈ Personal use (ex. social media profile pictures and posts) does not require commercial fees.◈ Commercial fees must be paid if you plan to use my art on streams, content creation purposes, or any monetized form of work.◈ For Character Design Art, if you use my designs to make a Vtuber model from a different artist, a commercial fee must be paid. If you want it to be made by me, the price you paid for the design will be deducted to my vtuber model art service price.

REFUNDS

◈ You may request a refund if i haven’t provided a sketch yet.◈ Once the sketch has been made and agreed on, you can no longer refund.
